Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Service.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims!

Providing URLs in the body of an email is the best way to help us locate content quickly.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material you posted on the Service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA, upon receipt of a counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. The original complainant will then have 10-14 business days to respond to the counter-notification by filing a lawsuit against you. If we do not receive notice of a lawsuit within that 10-14 business day window, we may restore the removed material.
